How does pay-per-appointment-held billing work?

Free to use — the CRM, recaps, and customer portal cost nothing. You're only charged a flat fee when we rebook a customer and that appointment is confirmed by the customer and actually held. If it's a no-show or gets cancelled, you're not charged. No visit, no charge.

What counts as "interval work"?

Recurring or seasonal work that's easy to forget — an annual water heater flush, a seasonal filter change, a backflow retest, a follow-up inspection. Weekly-route work isn't the fit; it's the once-a-year and seasonal visits across HVAC, plumbing, water heaters, backflow testing, gutters, pest, and pool/landscaping projects that Snaprebook is built to flag automatically.

What does my customer actually receive?

A recap of the job, sent automatically in their own language, plus a private link to their own service history and portal — no login, nothing to install. From there they can reply to confirm a suggested next appointment or request one directly through the portal.

Do you support WhatsApp as well as SMS?

Yes. Techs can text or WhatsApp in a photo of the invoice or estimate and a quick note — whichever they'd already use to reach you. Recaps and next-appointment nudges reach the customer the same way, over SMS or WhatsApp.

What languages does Snaprebook support?

Recaps and reminders go out in the customer's own language — English and Spanish today, with more languages added as we onboard teams that need them.

What does Snaprebook cost?

Nothing to use — the CRM, recaps, and portal are free. You pay a flat fee only when we rebook a customer and the appointment is held: roughly $15–25 for backflow, pest, and gutters, and roughly $40–60 for HVAC, plumbing, and water heater work. Your exact rate is quoted upfront and locked before you start.

How do I stop or cancel?

There's no contract to break — email us and we'll turn it off. If you're a customer who no longer wants texts, reply STOP to any message at any time (see our SMS Terms).

Where does my data go?

See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect, why, and your choices — including how to have it deleted. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
