This page is operated by Artemis (GHP HQ, Inc., helloartemis.com) on behalf of Snaprebook. Here's what the rate-quote flow above collects, why, and your choices — in plain English. This page is measured the same way the rest of the site is, including the Google Analytics snippet loaded above.

What we collect

What you type in. When you use the quote card, we receive the business name and trade you enter, and the rate and comparison anchor we calculate for you. If you claim that rate, we also receive the phone number you give us, and the email address if you provide one (optional).

Behind the scenes. When you claim a rate, we capture your browser's user-agent string and the time of submission alongside the fields above — mainly to help us filter spam and troubleshoot issues.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people move through the quote flow: when a quote starts, when a price is shown, and when a rate is claimed. Those events carry the trade you picked and the price and anchor we showed you (sent as the event's value) — your business name and phone number are never sent to Analytics. Analytics also collects the usual device/browser info and approximate location via cookies.

Advertising measurement. We don't currently run paid ads for Snaprebook. If that changes, ad platforms like Google may set cookies or pixels on this site to measure whether an ad led to a visit or a claimed rate — we'll update this page before that happens.

On your device only. When you claim a rate, your business name, trade, price, phone number, and email address (if provided) are also saved to your browser's own sessionStorage, just long enough to personalize the confirmation page you land on next. It never leaves your browser and clears when you close the tab.

Hosting logs. Like any web page, our host logs standard request data for every visit — IP address, user-agent, and timestamp — for security and reliability. We don't use it for anything else.

How we use it

To calculate and show you a rate, to text you about that rate and get you onboarded if you claim it (see our SMS Terms), and to understand in aggregate how the quote flow is performing. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where claims go

Claims are transmitted to a private Google Form connected to a Google Sheet, accessible only to the Snaprebook team. The only fields captured are the ones listed above: business name, trade, price, anchor, phone number, email address (if provided), user-agent, and timestamp.

Who processes it

Google (Analytics, Google Forms and Sheets for claim capture, and Firebase, which hosts this site) processes the data described above under its own terms.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the Snaprebook early-access program. Want your info gone sooner? One email and it's deleted.

Your choices

Email legal@helloartemis.com to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you — including opting out of texts (or just reply STOP to any text you get; see our SMS Terms). To opt out of Google Analytics, use the GA opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser — the quote flow still works without them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. This site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
