If you claimed a rate on Snaprebook and are wondering why you got a text — or you're a carrier or messaging reviewer checking how our program works — this page explains it. It's written to be exact, not just reassuring.

Who's texting you

Snaprebook is an early-access service for trade businesses — HVAC, plumbing, backflow testing, gutters, pest, landscaping, and pool companies. If you get a text from us, it's because a phone number was entered on the Snaprebook rate-quote page and "Claim this rate" was clicked. We don't buy phone lists and don't text numbers that haven't come through that flow.

Why you might hear from us

Rate-claim texts. After you claim a rate, we text the number you gave us to confirm that rate and start onboarding — pointing your business's phone number at Snaprebook, adding your techs if you have them, and getting your first recap sending. This is a direct follow-up to the claim you just made, not a marketing list.

Onboarding & service messages. Once you're onboarded, Snaprebook may continue to text your business number with service messages tied to your account — setup steps, delivery confirmations, and similar account notices.

How consent works

By entering your phone number and clicking "Claim this rate" on the quote page, you agree that Snaprebook may text you about your rate and onboarding at that number — the same line shown right on the quote card: "By claiming, you agree we may text you about your rate at this number." That submission, made on this site, is the record we rely on as your consent.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies — typically a handful of messages to complete onboarding, then ongoing service messages as needed once you're set up. Msg & data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time — you won't receive further texts from this program. Reply HELP to any message for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Snaprebook is operated by Artemis (GHP HQ, Inc., helloartemis.com). See our Privacy Policy for what we do with your phone number and message content, and our Terms of Use for everything else. Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.
